In the middle of the night, my sump pump failed and I woke up to 100’s of gallons of water in the basement of my new house. The previous owner had everything propped up on 4 x 4 wood blocks that just soaked up the water like a sponge. I called CWF and Randy showed up later that same morning to survey the damage. He spoke with his manager Charlie and they sent a restoration technicianwithin a few hours. He was able to have a team at my home in less than1.5 hours, and it was not even an emergency situation. I am unable to enter the crawlspace so I have to depend on others to take care of any issues.
